NY Times: EcoLogic Solutions Helps Brooklyn Wine Bar aim for “Zero Waste”

Brooklyn natural wine bar and restaurant Rhodora “is one of a handful of establishments in various cities that have begun to operate under a zero-waste ethos, meaning they do not send any trash or food waste that enters their business to a landfill,” according to the New York Times. ¬†EcoLogic Solutions is aiding Rhodora’s sustainability efforts with ECA (Electro Chemical Activation) technology that converts salt and tap water into all-natural cleaners and disinfectants on-site.
