Brooklyn native Dal LaMagna is best known for Tweezerman, the successful personal care product company he founded in 1980 and sold a quarter century later to Zwilling/J. A. Henkels. These days you’ll find LaMagna at the Brooklyn Navy Yard, trying to pluck sustainable countertop maker IceStone from the difficulties that followed the 2008 housing crash.
